OK, really, who am I? I’m a curious, optimistic chic who has reimagined and reinvented my life several times over. I am very social but also value my downtime. I love to stay moving— running, walking, yoga-ing, boot-camping, gardening— but also value my slow times with a good book and a hot cuppa some’thin.
People seem to think I’m an herbalist or nurse and ask me for advice when they have health problems.
I love to get behind a great idea- I’m entrepreneurial, creative, a bit of a cheerleader and a coach. I know my way around Photoshop, InDesign and Canva. I can create Facebook & Instagram ads, I’ve been an HR director, a recruiter, an environmental change maker, a marketing manager, an online communications manager and -way back- even a Starbucks manager.
I’m a mom of 3 teenagers and I’ve managed to stay married and possibly even sane.
I bought a house that was way too small and have made it thru several renovations. I’m a champion of my children, my women friends, my neighbors and everyone that comes into my home.
But that’s not exactly what this blog is about. It’s really about synchronicities, manifesting, and both the bittersweet and silly moments of life.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God [or the universe, or nature, etc]. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you… (more)
